A. Editorial rights and procedures
Articles submitted to the AIC Editorial Board should suit the general profile of the e-journal, be conform to the theme of the issue, scientifically relevant, and complying with the standards of academic writing.
Manuscripts should be the author’s original work and must not be under consideration elsewhere or have been published before in the submitted version. Materials suspected of plagiarism, as well as those found to be breaking the above rules will be formally rejected by the Editorial and Scientific Board. Moreover, it is the author’s responsibility to respect the copyright laws concerning the images, diagrams and tables reproduced in the material to be published.
Submissions (received before the deadline indicated in the Invitation to Publish) are peer-reviewed by the members of the Editorial and Scientific Board, in accordance with their specialization (editorial double peer-review). Authors will be informed on the decision of the Board before the stipulated date.
Evaluated materials (articles and book reviews) fall into one of the following three categories:
If an error or inaccuracy occurs in a submitted work during the editorial process, the author is encouraged to contact the editors in view of revision.
B. Copyright, publishing rights & open access policy
Authors hold the copyright without restrictions, whereas AIC owns the publishing rights for the submitted version for 5 (five) years beginning with the publication date.
Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles in this journal without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author.
