The theme of the AIC eleventh issue, FOOD AND DRINK: CULTURAL WAYS, represents a convergence point for the professional interests of researchers coming from different parts of the academic world (from universities in Europe, America and Hong Kong), and from various fields of the social and humanistic sciences: literary studies, anthropology, history of mentalities, philosophy, gender and postcolonial studies. Historical and / or cultural approaches, case studies and brazen comparisons meet in what is more than a tangential contact, in the space of one and the same volume.

Tema numărului al unsprezecelea al revistei electronice AIC, BUCATE ŞI BĂUTURI: PERSPECTIVE CULTURALE, constituie un punct de convergenţă pentru preocupările cercetătorilor provenind din variate regiuni ale mapamondului academic (universităţi europene, universităţi din America şi Hong Kong) şi din diferite zone ale spectrului ştiinţelor socio-umane: studii literare, antropologie, istoria mentalităţilor, filozofie, studii de gen, studii postcoloniale. Incursiuni istorice şi / sau culturale, studii de caz şi comparaţii temerare se întâlnesc, mai mult decât tangenţial, în spaţiul aceluiaşi volum.

Le thème du onzième numéro du journal électronique AIC, MANGER ET BOIRE : PERSPECTIVES CULTURELLES, constitue un point de convergence pour les préoccupations professionnelles des chercheurs provenant de différentes régions du monde académique (Europe, Amérique et Hong Kong), et de domaines très divers des sciences socio-humaines : études littéraires, anthropologie, histoire des mentalités, philosophie, études postcoloniales et de genre. Incursions historiques  et / ou culturelles, études de cas et comparaisons audacieuses se rencontrent, plus que tangentiellement, dans l’espace du même volume.
