Editorial Policy<\/h2>\n

A. Submission Requirements<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Submissions to AIC should correspond to the general profile of the e-journal, align with the theme of the issue, and demonstrate scientific relevance. Manuscripts are required to
\ncomply with academic writing standards and conform to the stylistic and bibliographical requirements set out in the Guidelines for Authors<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Submitted texts must represent the author\u2019s original work and may not be under
\nconsideration elsewhere or previously published in the same form. All submissions are subject to plagiarism and AI-use screening in accordance with the journal\u2019s Plagiarism and AI Use Policy <\/em>below.<\/p>\n

Authors bear full responsibility for the content of their articles\/ book reviews and are
\nrequired to respect copyright regulations regarding any images, diagrams, or tables
\nreproduced in the text submitted for publication.<\/p>\n

Materials violating the above rules will be formally rejected by the Editorial Board. <\/strong><\/p>\n

B. Editorial Rights and Procedures<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Editorial Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

The AIC editors handle manuscripts from initial assessment to final decision. They
\ndetermine whether submissions are suitable for peer review and reserve the right to reject submissions that do not meet the journal\u2019s academic or formal standards.<\/p>\n

Editors recruit qualified peer reviewers for each submission and ensure a fair, confidential and impartial evaluation process.<\/p>\n

All editorial activities are conducted in accordance with established best practices and the highest standards of professional integrity.<\/p>\n

Peer-Review Process<\/strong><\/p>\n

Submitted materials are evaluated through a double-blind peer-review<\/strong> process<\/strong> by
\nacademic specialists in the relevant fields. The referees appointed by the AIC Editorial Board are affiliated with universities and research institutions in various parts of the world.<\/p>\n

Validity, clarity, originality, and the novelty<\/strong> of the research<\/strong> are the main criteria
\nconsidered when selecting materials for publication.<\/p>\n

Peer reviews play a decisive role in the Editorial Board\u2019s final decision to accept or reject a submission. Two positive reports lead to acceptance; two negative reports result in
\nrejection, in which case the editors provide the author with a written statement explaining the grounds for that decision. In the event of a tie, a third reviewer\u2019s report serves to
\ndecide whether the article\/ book review is accepted or rejected.<\/p>\n

Following a positive verdict, contributors are notified by the editors of any necessary
\ntextual modifications prior to publication. The deadline for proofreading and correction varies by issue but generally ranges between seven and fourteen days. Failure to meet this
\ndeadline automatically results in the exclusion of the article\/ book review from the
\nforthcoming volume. AIC reserves the right to make formal editorial adjustments to
\naccepted texts.<\/p>\n

If an error or inaccuracy is identified during the editorial process, authors are encouraged to contact the editors to request a revision.<\/p>\n

C. Plagiarism and AI Use Policy<\/strong><\/h5>\n

All submitted texts undergo screening for plagiarism and inappropriate AI use before publication.<\/p>\n

Automated tools may be employed for minor linguistic correction or editing but cannot be credited as co-authors.<\/p>\n

Generative AI systems may not be cited as sources.<\/p>\n

D. Publishing Rights\/ Copyright <\/strong><\/h5>\n

Since 2020, authors of articles and book reviews grant AIC the right of first publication<\/strong> but retain full copyright ownership of their work<\/strong>. Under this policy, authors may
\narchive, distribute, or reuse their work freely, provided the journal is cited as the first place of publication.<\/p>\n

E. Open-Access Policy<\/strong><\/h5>\n

AIC\u00a0<\/strong>publishes all articles and book reviews under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution\u2013NonCommercial\u2013NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0<\/strong><\/a>). Accordingly, users may read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles and book reviews in this journal without prior permission from the publisher or the author. Proper credit must be given to the author, and the journal must be cited as the place of first publication<\/strong>. Commercial reuse or modification of the content is not permitted.<\/p>\n

F. Privacy Statement<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Personal information, including names and email addresses, provided to this journal will be used exclusively for editorial and communication purposes and will not be shared with external parties.<\/p>\n

G. Digital Archive and Preservation Policy<\/strong><\/h5>\n

AIC ensures the long-term preservation and accessibility of its content by depositing it in the Internet Archive<\/strong><\/a>, an independent non-profit digital library dedicated to maintaining permanent access to scholarly materials.<\/p>\n
